Ordination of Fr Philip to the Priesthood.

Over 360 people came to support Fr Philip when he was ordained to the priesthood at Holy Innocents on Sunday 22 June 2008.

It was a great occasion for the Church. Something we will all remember for some time to come.

There are many people to thank for making this such a memorable evening. The church was beautifully prepared. The music - with a combined choir from Holy Innocents, Holy Trinity and St Peter in Chains - ensured that this would be an event that touched everyone's hearts. And the party afterwards, was a celebration for everyone.

The ordination service, planned and prepared by Fr Tim and Fr Patrick, struck a wonderful balance, allowing everyone to appreciate what was happening - young and old alike.
